What we don't do
Honest about our limits.
Concierge telehealth is a strong fit for many things, and a poor fit for others. If your situation falls below, please seek in-person care.
Controlled substances
We do not prescribe opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or any other Schedule II–IV medication.
Emergencies & urgent care
Chest pain, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts, anything time-critical — please call 911 or go to an emergency room.
Pediatrics
We see adults 18 and older. We do not treat children or adolescents.
Care that requires a hands-on exam
Anything that genuinely needs to be touched, palpated, or scanned in the room belongs with an in-person provider.

A flat fee covers the consultation and any documents issued during it. Pharmacy, lab, and imaging fees are billed directly by those providers.
