Effective: 2026. By booking a consultation, you agree to the following.
Who we serve
Oriacare provides telehealth consultations to adults aged 18 and over who are physically located in California at the time of the visit. Our providers are licensed in California.
What's included
A flat $250 covers a video consultation with a provider and any documents issued during it — non-controlled prescriptions, sick notes, letters, referrals, lab and imaging orders. Pharmacy dispensing, laboratory processing, and imaging at external facilities are billed separately by those providers at their own rates.
What we don't do
We do not prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II–IV: opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants). We do not provide emergency care, pediatric care, or treatment requiring in-person examination. If your situation is urgent, call 911 or go to an emergency room.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. For an Oriacare visit this is $250 flat, shown before payment and emailed with your receipt.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Within 12 hours the fee is non-refundable; we will reschedule at no extra cost where reasonably possible.
No provider-patient relationship until the visit
Booking the site, paying, or browsing it does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins at the start of your video consultation and ends with its conclusion, except as required by law (records retention, follow-up of test results).
