What we collect
Only what is needed to provide medical care: your name, date of birth, contact details, the reasons for your visit, and the notes your provider writes during and after the consultation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Who sees it
Only the provider treating you and a small named clinical and administrative team. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train any AI model.
How it's stored
Encrypted in transit and at rest on HIPAA-compliant, medical-grade infrastructure hosted in the United States. Video consultations are not recorded.
Your rights
Under HIPAA and California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), you may request access to your records, request corrections, or ask for deletion. Email our team and we will action the request promptly.
Breach notification
In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your protected health information, we will notify you in writing within the timelines required by HIPAA and California law.
